I wanted to weigh in on my experience with Central Business System. Apparently, my dealings with them have been quite different from those of other individuals who have posted reviews. As I move around as a contractor working at various Federal agencies, I have utilized Central Business Services for several years to get my fingerprints done (oh, when will the Federal government synchronize their security clearance / background investigation process?!?!) I have always found the fingerprint specialist, Susan, to be extremely professional, courteous, and patient during the fingerprinting process. Due to my outstanding experience with Central Business Services, I have recommended their services to all people I encounter who are in need of getting their fingerprints taken. The feedback I have received is they all have had wonderful experience. The key to me is ensuring my fingerprints are always done correctly the first time. In addition, the fingerprint specialist is extremely good natured, and she makes the entire fingerprinting process enjoyable and less tedious. As a repeat customer who has to go through the fingerprinting process on numerous occasions, for me, Central Business Services is the place that I utilize to take my fingerprints. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone.
